Using creative solutions to enhance health and activities of daily living.
I believe that every individual has the potential to achieve their goals and live their best life. Through creativity and personalised occupational therapy, I support people in discovering the activities, skills, and confidence they need to reach their full potential.
My professional journey and practice sits at the intersection of art, health, and human potential.
I hold a BSc in Visual Studies, an MA in Fine Art and an MSc in Occupational Therapy. Long before creativity became part of my professional practice, it was my personal language for understanding the world.
Creative practice has always been a space where reflection, expression, and transformation can take place.
My unique academic and professional background allows me to bring together my creative practice alongside evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Today, one way in which this creative practice continues to manifest is through my work with resin. The process of working with resin—mixing, layering, waiting, and allowing each piece to develop in its own time—has become an important part of how I maintain my own mental health and wellbeing.
Alongside my creative practice, I work as an occupational therapist within the National Health Service, specialising in physical rehabilitation for older adults. In this role, I support people recovering from illness, injury, or changes in physical ability to regain independence in their daily lives. Working closely with older adults has reinforced my belief that meaningful activity is central to wellbeing, confidence, and identity.
In addition to my clinical role, I serve as the Director of Creative Health at Evolving Canvases CIC. Through this work, I help develop and run creative health initiatives that use art and creativity as tools for wellbeing, connection, and empowerment within communities.
Across all areas of my work—clinical practice, creative projects, and community initiatives—my philosophy remains the same: creativity, empowerment, and independence have the power to transform lives.
Because when creativity and wellbeing come together, new possibilities begin to emerge
